Dear Garlic Lovers,
Hello and welcome to our first news bite which will hopefully updated at least once fortnightly.
The Garlic is now approximately three weeks away from harvest. It will be available as 'Green Garlic' initially(This means it is undried so needs to be stored carefully). Green Garlic gives you the chance to experience the real taste of garlic, different from old garlic which is very bitter and pungent it is mellow,sweet and really garlicky!!!!!!!!
