Drying now complete

August 7th....We have now finished lifting all our green garlic and the garlic that was lifted two weeks ago is now ready for dressing and packaging.The photo shows the garlic packed in nets of three and now that it is dried it will keep in a storage vessel for up to three months .We will be putting a certain amount into a special freezer to try and make our selling period last into next year . That is if we dont sell out to early.

P.S (1st September) We have had alot of calls following articles in 3 national newspapers this weekend regarding mail order and prices.
They are as follows, £1.50 per net of 3 bulbs
Up to 4 nets is £4 postage and packaging
4 to 10 nets is £5 postage and packaging
