COMPETITION WINNER SUZANNE OGG OF NE Scotland Well done and thank you to all the others who answered RICK STEIN correctly.
The really garlicky co has just returned from the NEC Birmingham. It was our first time attending The BBC Good Food Show and what a show.
We went down with what we thought would be adequate stock for two days and had sold out of some products by lunch time on the first day. Luckily our hard working team back at home pulled out all the stops to get enough garlicky products down for the rest of the show.
We were very grateful to RICK STEIN for using our garlic in all his cooking demonstrations, it goes to show that he genuinely supports small food producers.
We were lucky to have Joe Wall helping us at the weekend we would not have been able to cope with the masses of customers which were three wide at the stand! Joe is just starting a new food website so have a look for some real goodies at www.rivermerchant.co.uk
