Best Wishes to all Garlic Lovers!
We had a very busy Christmas period but luckily for those of you who have not ordered recently , we still have about three weeks supply of our Really Garlicky Garlic. The refridgerated storage enabled us to keep the garlic in perfect conditions. We are now trying to develop new garlicky products but don't worry you will be the first to know as soon as we have something garlicky for you to discover...
We will still be making all the other products (butter, cream cheese, aļoli, bread and relish) during the off season and we should start 2004 Harvest in July and the scapes 6 weeks earlier. We are actually really looking forward to that!
Remember to order you garlic soon while we still have some!
We will be featured in the next Rick Stein's Food Heroes series, we will let you know once we've got the date.
