Cold but not to cold for Really Garlicky Garlic 20 April 2004
Garlic by night....Here in the North of Scotland we have had a fairly dry but cold spring so far but the garlic is growing well and will probably reach harvest in early July (fingers crossed) We hate this time of year because our customers are unable to get our garlic but at least when it does come ready to harvest it makes it taste so much better!!!!
