It was a great delight for us to finally be able to entertain our mentors from Canada last week. Jim and Jackie Rowe have always been willing to help us with advice in our endeavours to grow hardneck garlic in Scotland. They have been involved in the garlic business alot longer than us and presently have a very succesful business called "The garlic box " more about this and possible tie ups next time.
Meanwhile our garlic is growing well and we shall have garlic scapes to sell within two weeks. we are exhibiting at the Speciality and fine food fair this weekend in Edinburgh .
