A new year and a new crop

A happy new year to all our customers we wish you good health and happiness and look forward to meeting lots of you this year.
Here at Craggie farm we are glad to see the first signs of new growth. The crop has had an easy start the weather being fairly calm and not too wet the roots were well established by early December and now the first few shoots are appearing (see pic).
Meanwhile our new season garlic from Patagonia should be with us later this week and we are hoping that Waitrose will be selling it as one of their premium garlics in selected stores. We are in the process of upgrading alot of our packaging more in March on this topic.
