Finally things are starting to happen 16 April 2006
Finally we are starting to see temperatures of over 10C and things are starting to grow. The picture shows some of the garlic in our field here at Craggie, the rest of our crop is at a nearby farm. We have planted about 34 acres of garlic this year and will be supplying Waitrose and all our listed Delis and Farmshops etc.
TESCO
This week we have agreed to supply a limited number of Tesco stores in Scotland. This is a some what terrifying thought as we are well aware of all the suppliers who have suffered at the hands of these massive companies.
However we think we have something rather special to offer Tesco and we hope they appreciate our efforts. We are excited at the prospect of reaching many more new customer.
