Cream Cheese Stuffing

2 tubs really garlicky cream cheese
1 egg
85 g / 3oz fresh white breadcrumbs
55g / 2oz sun-dried tomatoes, sliced thinly
30g/10z black olives, sliced
1 tbsp chopped fresh basil
salt and freshly ground black pepper
In a bowl beat the egg into the cream cheese. Add breadcrumbs, sun-dried tomatoes, olives and basil. Season to taste.
Use to stuff the neck end of a turkey or chicken
