Delicious Garlicky Drumsticks

8 chicken drumsticks, or thighs
1 rounded tbsp really garlicky rub
1 tbsp olive oil
Place the chicken in a bowl, mix in the oil and rub until evenly coated. Bake in a preheated oven 200C (fan oven 180C) / 400F / Gas 6 for 40-45 minutes.
For best results and to avoid washing up place chicken in an oven roasting bag and cook as above.
