Oven Baked Chicken Breast with Really Garlicky Mash

A good quality cut pork chop is an easy substitute for the chicken.
Ingredients
6 chicken breasts, skins removed (optional: porkchops)
1 cup melted butter (approx.)
2 cups plain breadcrumbs
1-2 tbsp. Garlic Mashed Potato Seasoning
Directions
Preheat oven to 350F
1 Mix thoroughly breadcrumbs and seasoning.
2 Dredge chicken breasts in melted butter, covering well. Coat with seasoned breadcrumbs. Repeat this step.
3 Place on baking dish and bake covered 30 minutes. Uncover and bake an additional 15 minutes or until done.
Serving Suggestion:
Excellent served with buttered egg noodles and tender green peas. For extended flavour, melt 2-3 tbsp. butter; add 1 tbsp. Garlic Mashed Potato Seasoning. Let sit warm while noodles cook. Drain noodles and toss with freshly chopped parsley and warm seasoned butter.
