Smokehouse Garlic and Turkey Chili

Ingredients
3 lb. diced, raw boneless turkey
12 cloves quartered garlic
1 minced jalapeno
1 large onion, diced
1 cup sliced mushrooms
1 can (540ml) black eye or kidney beans
1 can (796ml) diced tomatoes (preferably smoked if available)
2 cups chicken stock or broth
1 cup tomato paste
1 jar (350ml) Smoked Garlic Cocktail Sauce
2 tsp. ground cumin
4 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. celery salt
2 tbsp. olive oil


Directions
1 In a large stockpot, sear off turkey, garlic, jalapeno, onions and mushrooms in oil on medium heat.
2 When turkey is cooked thoroughly, add stock, tomatoes and beans.
3 Then add cumin, chili powder, celery salt and tomato paste, stir in Smoked Garlic Grilling Sauce.
4 Let simmer for 30 min.
Serves 6-8 people.
