Ciabatta with Pear & Stilton

This is a delicious recipe suggestion given to us by one of our customers Jean Royan, Royans the Butchers in Elgin.
Cut a slice of Ciabatta into 8 pieces. Toast in the grill. Cut up a fresh pear and put on the ciabatta pieces. Add some Stilton on top and put under the grill until melted.
Ideal as an Aperitif. Alternatively make into larger pieces and serve with Rocket as a starter
